Located in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan, Hani Rice Terraces Cultural Landscape are one of China's  UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Carved along steep mountain slopes by Hani people over thousands of years, the layered terraces stretch endlessly.

Shaped by natural terrain, they form stunning winding patterns. Filled with water, the terraces mirror sky, clouds and mountains, presenting gorgeous changing scenery in different seasons. It embodies the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. The ancient irrigation system and farming wisdom have been well preserved. The terraces carry Hani people's history and customs, showcasing marvelous rural landscape and profound ethnic farming culture.
