1. Secure Online Payment via PayPal (Visa or MasterCard)
PayPal is our only accepted method for online payment.
After you receive our proposal and quotation, you'll find a "Click Here to Pay" button/links in the email. Simply click the button/links, and you'll be directed to the secure PayPal website to complete your payment.
If you have a PayPal account, you just enter email address, passwords and login to your account to pay securely.
Alternatively, you may log in to your PayPal account and send the payment directly to: pay@maxchinatours.com
If you do not have a PayPal account, you need to provide PayPal with your credit card information, and PayPal will charge the money from your credit card and transfer it to our account. In this way you also do not need to send us your credit card information. Of course you may also sign up a new PayPal account very easily, and then pay us through your PayPal account.
Note:
Please kindly mark up extra 4%-5% PayPal service fee over the total cost if you choose to pay via PayPal.

a. After you send the money, please send the copy of bank receipt to Max China Tours by email or Fax.
b. It may take 3-7 business days for the wired payment to reach us. After receive the payment, we will write an email to notify you.
Deposit & Final payment
A deposit which is equal to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The full or final payment is required 45 days before departure for your tour. Should the tour booked within 14 days before departure for your tour, full payment is required.
Receipt of your deposit or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.
The Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contractual relationship between Max China Tours and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as their quotations, itineraries and other relevant communication from our travel advisors.
