Whampoa Military Academy Site and Memorial Hall is a landmark of modern Chinese military history located at Changzhou Island in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Founded in 1924 by Dr. Sun Yat-sen with support from the CPC and the Soviet Union, it was officially named "Army Officers School" but widely known as Whampoa Military Academy.

A cradle of military elites, it nurtured generations of distinguished commanders for both the KMT and CPC, playing a pivotal role in the Northern Expedition and China's reunification efforts. The academy's motto, "Fraternity and Sincerity", reflected its revolutionary spirit.

Destroyed by Japanese bombs in 1938, the main campus was reconstructed in 1996 to its original blueprint. Now a national key cultural relic and patriotism education base, it features restored halls, exhibitions of precious artifacts, and historical documents, offering a vivid journey through China's revolutionary past.
