The Shanghai Natural History Museum(Shanghai Nature Museum), located in the Jing'an Sculpture Park in Shanghai,  is one of China's largest natural history museums. As a branch of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Shanghai Nature Museum houses over 240,000 specimens, covering dinosaur skeletons, ancient fossils, minerals, and taxidermied animals. Its exhibits are organized around themes such as the origin of life, evolution, biodiversity, and the relationship between humans and nature. 

The museum highlights include a massive Mamenchisaurus skeleton, a life-sized model of a blue whale, and interactive displays that engage visitors of all ages. The museum aims to educate the public about natural history, promote scientific literacy, and inspire a deeper appreciation for the natural world. It also emphasizes sustainability, with eco-friendly design elements like solar panels and a rainwater recycling system.
