Located in Liwan District, Guangzhou, Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, also called Chen Clan Academy and Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family, is a masterpiece of Lingnan architecture. Built from 1888 to 1894 by 72 Chen clans during the Qing Dynasty, it served as a school and ancestral shrine for clan members.

Known as the "Pearl of Lingnan Architectural Art", this symmetric complex has 19 buildings with nine halls and six courtyards. It is famed for exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings, pottery, and colorful roof sculptures depicting folk tales.

Now home to the Guangdong Folk Art Museum, it displays a rich collection of traditional crafts. A national key cultural relic and AAAA-level scenic spot, it is a must-visit to experience the splendor of Cantonese culture and craftsmanship.
