Located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum is a national first-grade museum, opened in 2005. Its architecture, with curved walls echoing the Three Gorges Dam and blue glass representing the Yangtze, blends modern design with natural beauty.

Housing over 115,000 artifacts, it preserves the Three Gorges' cultural legacy, including ancient Ba-Yu bronze wares, Han Dynasty stone carvings, and relics from the Three Gorges Dam rescue. Star exhibits are the Wuyang Han Que (the best-preserved Han stone towers) and the Tiger-shaped Bronze Chunyu.

With permanent exhibitions on Three Gorges history, Chongqing's development and the War of Resistance, it's a cultural landmark where the past and present meet.
